The lists with players/pairs for the main draw and qualifications have now been processed and can be seen here.
For choosing the players/pairs and determining the order, the BWF World Ranking of 16 April 2024 has been used.

Wednesday, 15.5.2024: Qualifying Rounds MS R4 and R3, WS R3, MD R3, XD R3
Thursday, 16.5.2024: Qualifying Rounds R2 and R1 all events
Friday, 17.5.2024: Main draw 1st and 2nd round
Saturday, 18.4.2024: Main draw 3rd round and the QF
Sunday, 19.4.2024: Main draw SF and Finals

Engagement steps:
- Step 1 : Key step is registration, where you will add your contacts for all future communication. Your mail will be one of the key communication paths.
- Step 2 : We recommend to FIRST request accreditation. You will need to fill an accreditation form for yourself and all team members. You will create your own list, which will simplify all the next steps, as you will be able to select your team members from the list. No addition typing names will be required.
- Step 3 : Transport reservation. You will need to fill an arrival and departure form. This will help us to plan transport to your hotel as fast as possible.
- Step 4 : Accommodation reservation. From the list you will need to select hotel that you are staying during the event.In case you are not staying in official hotel select "I AM NOT STAYING IN OFFICIAL HOTEL".
- Step 5 : Please check your reservations from accreditation, transport and accommodation in portal.
On Home page you will find a tracker of your current reservations and marker X if your reservation was not successfully applied.
On 30.4.2024 you will receive summary report of all your reservations. Please check your export and complete steps if needed.
You will have time to complete until 3.5.2024. After that entry will closed.
When you will complete each step, you will see tracker status change.
